Meet Faby
Hi, I’m Fabiola Perez Picarella – but everyone calls me Faby.
I’m a proud Latina esthetician, mom of two—a 13-year-old boy and a 1-year-old baby girl—and wife to my hubby, Ryan.
Honestly? I’m probably the most beauty-obsessed person who also happens to make killer salsa and guacamole. (My roots run deep – in both beauty and flavor.)
What my clients say about me is what I’m most proud of: kind, down-to-earth, chatty, and someone who just knows what you need before you even say it. I’m a perfectionist in the best way – I won’t let you leave until you look and feel absolutely incredible.
But more than that? I’m your friend in the chair. We laugh, we talk about real life (the messy and the magical), and somehow, you leave feeling motivated and ready to take on whatever comes next.
I survive on chocolate, 5-star reviews, and Bad Bunny playlists. I’m the oldest of four with three younger brothers, which explains why I can handle just about anything thrown my way.
When I’m not perfecting brows or applying lashes, you’ll find me at the gym, deep in a murder mystery documentary, or researching the latest natural supplements (yes, that’s my guilty pleasure – I told you I was into wellness).

Our Story
Fab Beauty didn’t just appear overnight – it’s been a journey six years in the making.
Since 2018, I’ve been slowly building something intentional. I traveled, trained under some of the best in the industry, worked in one of Atlanta’s most prestigious salons, assisted celebrity makeup artists, and spent time in one of the best studio in Winston-Salem where I learned more than I ever imagined possible. Every experience, every technique, every connection shaped what Fab Beauty would become.
But it wasn’t until 2024, after welcoming my baby girl, that I knew: it was time. Time to create the sanctuary I’d been dreaming of. Time to curate an experience that felt like coming home – luxe, intimate, and completely centered around you.
Here’s what Fab Beauty is about: this isn’t just another beauty studio. It’s a little escape from everyday life. A place where you escape the stress, the to-do lists, the noise – and reconnect with yourself.
My clients come in carrying the weight of their day – worried, creatively drained, overwhelmed. And they leave refreshed, glowing, and full of possibility. That shift? That’s the magic I live for.
I specialize in makeup application, lash extensions, and Brazilian hair removal (both sugar and wax), but my real specialty is reading you. Knowing exactly what you need, creating a judgment-free space, products are handpicked for their quality and results—because you deserve nothing but the best.
Since opening in December 2024, my mission has stayed the same: help you relax, feel seen, and walk out ready to take on the world. Because self-care isn’t a luxury. It’s how we survive, thrive, and show up as our best selves.
